Geocache Description:

#13 Jones House


The Morningside National Historic District encompasses 38.4 acres and building began in 1918.  The area was essientially completed by the end of 1928.  It contains a variety of achitectual styles from the 20th century.  The winding street system, large, deep set yards, a scenic pond and Morningside Park define this small neghborhood.  The Jones House sits at 406 Morningside and is in the style: Tudor Revival.  It was also built by fortunes made during the oil boom.
