The cache IS hidden at the posted coordinates.
However, you will need to read and meet the logging requirements, as outlined below, in order to claim a find.
the CHALLENGE:
In order to log this cache as a find, you must have found a cache that was PLACED (hidden) on each of the 366 days of the calendar year, including Feb 29th. The year the cache was placed is unimportant, only the month and day matter. You do not need to find the caches in any specific order. You simply must have, at some point in your caching career, found a cache that was placed on each day of the year.
the RULES:
1: In order for a cache find to count toward this challenge, you must have physically found and logged the cache according to the rules and guidelines posted on geocaching.com.
2: All previous finds count toward this challenge and all cache types listed on geocaching.com will be accepted.
3: Despite the challenge name mentioning WV, your cache finds may be in any state or country.
4: "Finds" on caches that you own will not be accepted toward this challenge, unless you did not own the cache at the time you found it, but you later adopted it.
5: Posting a find log on this challenge without the proper verification -- as outlined below -- will result in your log being deleted.
the VERIFICATION:
In order to verify that you have fulfilled the requirements of logging this cache, you must supply documentation of your finds using one of the following methods:
1: By using the Project-GC Challenge Checker linked here and posting the results into your Found It log.
2: By posting an image of a matrix of your Placed Date calendar generated by one of the available stats generators; a GSAK macro, the Date Placed Challenge Calculator, etc. (It is my understanding that the Date Placed Challenge Calculator does not include event caches on the calendar. If you need an event that you attended to fill out the calendar, include the event GC-code, name and date attended in your online log.)
3: By creating a Bookmark List of all of your qualifying finds and posting a link to that list in your online log. Be sure to include this cache in your bookmark list. Edit the cache name on the bookmark entry for each cache so that it starts with the month and day that it was placed; i.e. "04-17 Gadgets at Deckers Creek".
4: By some other means that will provide positive verification that you have found caches placed on each calendar day of the year. If unsure whether a particular method of verification will be accepted, please e-mail me before logging your find on this challenge.

the CACHE PLACEMENT:
For this challenge cache, you will be searching for a .30 cal ammo can hidden off of the Deckers Creek rail trail. The terrain rating listed above is based on the placement of this ammo can, while the difficulty rating is based on completing the requirements for the challenge as a whole. The container should be fairly easy to find.
If you accompany another cacher on this hunt, but have yet to complete the requirements listed above for logging the find, you are welcome to sign the log book and write a note on the cache page stating that you have done so. However, you may not log the find online until you have completed these requirements. Prematurely logging the find without the proper verification will result in your log being deleted.
