WWFM X -May the Fourth be With You! This is the tenth annual World Wide Flash Mob event which is to be hosted at the Clocktower in Cannock.
- The series of Geocaching WWFM events was started by Sonny and Sandy from the Podcacher podcast in Amercia and they are still going today. This year’s event is planned for the 4th May 2013 which is Star Wars Day!
Please state in your "Will Attend" log how many are going to come as this helps the organistion!
- Attendees are encouraged to attend in Star Wars themed fancy dress however it is not a requirement. Anything from a full costume to something more basic is acceptable!
- The Flashmob will start at 6pm following the nearby Spring Fayre geocaching event.
- At 6pm exactly, a Whistle will blow and everyone should come slowly to the stated coordinates.
- At 6:02pm, The Star Wars theme Music will then start to play and during this time the logbook will be available to sign and the hosts will judge the best Star Wars themed costume.
- At 6:06pm, There will be a quick opportunity for a group photo which is will be taken by the Mystery photographer.
- At 6:10pm, There will be a chance to swap trackables.
- At 6:12pm, the prizes will be awarded for best costume and FTF and they will receive a price.
- At 6:15pm, this is the end of the Flashmob event and cachers should depart peacefully.
