Nice short walk from the multi-modal path with a chance to view Florida's gopher tortoise Gopherus polyphemus in the adjacent preserve. Rumors says the largest fish ever caught in a Villages pond came from this very location. Bring your fishing pole if you are so inclined. BYOP
The cache container is not in the preserve or on the fence.
Do NOT enter the preserve.
