This is a small plastic geocache container that was hidden while snow was still on the ground.
It may be winter friendly depending on the conditions.
Wason Pond holds so many memories and this cache represents the beginning of so many things.
We have been geocaching as a family for a couple of years now and this is where it all began. We found our first cache and our first travel bug here at Wason Pond. It only seemed fitting that we placed our first cache here. Another first is our own travel bug (Berry the Black Bear) which started his journey right from this exact cache.
Along with Berry the Black Bear (TB), we left several other knickknacks to get the trading started. Oh…and we left $1 for the FTF (congratulations).
