Down by the River Traditional Cache

Farnham Park is an open area of grass and woodland to the north of the historic town of Farnham. There are many places to park and it is possible to enter the park from many different directions.  The park is criss-crossed all over by a series of paths, both hard and muddy. The grasslands are not particularly well drained so can get very wet and muddy during the winter months. There is whole host of livestock to be seen in the park, so my one request is that visitors treat the area with respect and do your bit and pick up any rubbish you might find. I have to say that at the time of making this cache, there was very little rubbish anywhere. Long may that continue

This cache is off the main path which runs north to south of the park and is under some trees. The cache was placed before any of the trees got their summer foliage so I am unsure what GPS reception will be like in the summer.

The cache is in a bright yellow container and has an assortment of goodies in it. Please make sure to replace it as deep as you can to ensure it is not found accidently. Thank you and enjoy.
