This is a blue bison tube on the side of a tree commonly used to scratch initials on, although this tree appears to have none...yet. Placed this one after finding the Zero Reception cache nearby. Saw 8 people and 4 dogs while on this nice trail today...all were friendly!
This cache is located inside a NC game land area. Tread carefully and be sure to only come when hunting season is closed or on a Sunday. These are game lands and caching during hunting season (October thru December) is not recommended. Hunters frown upon it. If you do choose to cache during this time, please wear blaze orange and don't dress like a deer...or act like a turkey.
