Geocache Description:

This is a simple black cache, but in a busy area. This is a parking lot that is used a lot during the week and on Sundays has a Farmers Market. The area is full of muggles.

Eleazar Rodriguez was The Flower Guy. I would see him every Sunday morning at the Farmers Market. I would chat with him for a few minutes and buy flowers for my wife. Every time, without fail, he would give my daughter, who was 2, a flower. He never charged me for this flower. On September 29, 2012 he tragically died in a car crash. I stopped going to get flowers for a few months. I started back last week. I took my daughter. His children were there last week and gave my daughter a flower. Today, his wife was there. I talked to her for a good 5 minutes about what a great guy he was. I told her the story about how he always gave my little girl a flower. She told me that they know how much joy the flowers bring to the kids and they will always give her a flower.

At that point, I decided I should place a cache somewhere near here. I found this spot in the parking lot. And I decided to dedicate this to Ed the Flower Guy.
