There has been salt transportation road in human being history. Root 152 is one of salt transportation road and it was called as Akiha Kaido. Because the road condition between Nagano Prefecture and Shizuoka Prefecture was not good, it was also called as "Koku"(very bad) "Do"(road), not called as "Koku"(national) "Do"(road). However, the condition became better because of Kusaki tunnel. The people in this area plays tugs-of-war every year to decide a border of the two prefectures. They are proud of their easygoing lives. The cash is at Michino-Eki, roadside station in Tohyamago Nagano prefecture.
They have Maranic, marathon and picnic every year and many runners gather from other places.
古来諏訪湖から浜松に抜ける塩の道がありました。かつて秋葉街道とよばれ現代では国道152号線となっています。長野静岡間の県境近辺の道路事情が悪く酷道とも評されたこともあります。近年では草木トンネルができ交通事情は格段によくなっています。毎年県境を決める綱引き大会がありそのおおらかさが両県民の誇りです。キャッシュは長野県側の観光地である遠山郷の道の駅の敷地内にあります。ここでは毎年9月にマラニックというイベントがあり全国から健脚があつまります。
