You are looking for a bison container along a nice little set of stairs near the capital building. It should be a fairly easy find.
xSoPurexand I were walking around looking for other caches when we came across this area. It seemed pretty cool and there were no other caches nearby, so we decided to stick one there really quickly. We may be back with a better container later on, but this will do for now. Congrats to gypc on the FTF!
