This is an easy puzzle, but a fun find. The cache is on private property, so please be respectful. The cache can be grabbed without leaving the driveway, so do not trample through the garden. Oh, and wave up to the upstairs window to the camera that's setup to keep an eye out on the property.
The coordinates should take you to the middle of a cul de sac. You can solve this puzzle in 1 of 2 ways.
First way:

A = The fourth number of the address of the yellow house to the east of the pink house.
B = The second number of the address of the cream colored house to the north of the pink house.
Second way:
With the pink house as the target, pay attention to the title.
