Bazinghen is situated on an eminence between Marquise and Audinghen. It is certainly the oldest village of Boulonnais. It dominates the valley watered by Slack. Of romanic type, the church Saint Eloi consists of a rectangular choir and a central tower surmounted by an octogonal roof, built in 12th century. The nave is of 1824. The point of the bell tower is approximately 130 m over the sea level.
