This is a magnetic hide-a-key box black bison tube on the underside of a bridge.
This ended up being a more difficult hide than I was intending, but once the container ended up in that spot, I wasn't in a position to move it. This is a bridge for golf carts that goes over 10th Avenue in Waverly. The road is somewhat busy, so there is a definite stealth problem that needs to be considered. The nearest easy parking is in the Baptist Church parking lot gas station on the corner. The container is not easy to spot, and even once you spot it, retrieving it is another challenge. You will either need someone who likes to climb or a useful tool. Good luck searching!
