"William S. Hart museum and Bison trail head"
This is the official starting point for hiking portion of the Bison Trail. It is a well maintained dirt trail. Before heading out., this would be a good time to use the clean restroom facilities and drinking fountain located close to this cache. Do take the museum tour first if possible .It is a must if you are interested in learning About the man who put this valley on the map. (It’s about 45 min.) At one point in Hart‘s movie career he was one of the top 3 entertainers in the U.S. His movie career only lasted 11 years. It would have been longer but he was 50 years old when he started making movies.. You are looking for a small container at corner post. .Log only.
