This cache had been muggled and was gone. I replaced it with a new type and moved the cache to a new location. Now, "Electrifying NOT" might be a better name as you could retrieve this one standing in a puddle of water.
This is now a log only cache and the published coordinates should get you pretty close. Some geosense and a sprinkling of luck should make this a quick find. BYOP, Enjoy! Being stealthy might be a good idea.
