This is a virtual cache site located at the Rancho Cielito Lindo in Baja Norte, Mexico. The ranch dates from the prohibition era when it was known as Rancho El Manana and was supposedly used for smuggling activities. In the sixties it was bought and built up pretty much as it is today by Hollywood producer Mark Amistead. It was a hangout for some years for hollywood folks and the visitors included John Wayne, Henry Fonda and John Huston among others. Today it is a favorite stopover and destination for many Amigos de Baja. The Cielito Lindo has a motel, restaurant, bar, campground and RV hookups.
