Geocache Description:

Come join us Sunday April 21, 2013 as we finish out the annual CITO weekend. Attendees will receive a souvenir in there profile for attending this event.

We will meetup / rally at 9:00AM along Childress Road near 152 Highway where the star is shown on the photo below. We will distribute trash bags to all attendees at this point. If you have gloves please bring them along. A few pick up trucks would be very helpful. Whatever trash we pickup we are going to transport down to the empty lot on the northeast corner of Tiffany Springs Rd. and Childress road beyond the yellow gate and Kansas City Parks & Recreation will come by on Monday or Tuesday following and pick up the trash and debris.

I've outlined the area we are focusing on along the shoulders of Childress Road. Please make note on the eastside of Childress Road from 152 Highway to Tiffany Springs Road is private property. We can work along the immediate shoulder on that side of the road, but please do not go out of the road right of way. The typical trash along the side of a road is what you are mostly going to find on this cleanup (cans, glass, small trash, etc.).

This cleanup at Tiffany Springs will not be near as strenuous as the past ones, so please don't be scared that we are going to cause you back problems and muscle cramps for several weeks following. I promise this one will be much kinder.
