Geocache Description:

Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic the Hedgehog (ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ Sonikku za Hejjihoggu) is a title character and the protagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series released by Sega, as well as in numerous spin-off comics.

This is part of a series of caches around Keele Woods which were placed for the Trees, Bees and Student Fees event.

The caches can be made into a circular encompassing the Hickory Dickory Dock series.

The woods can be very boggy, so walking boots or wellies are recommended, especially after rain.

There is currently an issue with Phytophthora ramorum on the rhodedendrons in the wood. Please keep to marked footpaths. Caches are placed away from plants identified with this disease.

Parking is free on any University car park on weekends and bank holidays and after 5.30pm on weekdays. Alternatively between 8.30am and 5.30pm weekdays, pay and display parking is available. See here for more information.
