My twerps and I seem to play this game everywhere we go. I will forget about it but as soon as they see one, SLUG BUG is yelled! We do play a nicer version though as no "slugging" is involved. We just keep track of points. We have played so much, that we have our own set of rules! PT Cruisers count! We have found that they are spotted way more often, so we made up bonus rules!
1. If you call 3 Slug Bugs in a row (without getting a PT Cruiser), each Slug Bug in the streak after 2 is worth 2 points. Like this: SB1=1, SB2=2, SB3=4, SB4=6...
2. If you call 3 Convertibles in a row (including PT Cruisers), each Convertible in the streak after 2 is worth 2 points, Like this: C1=1, C2=2, C3=4, C4=6...
3. If you call 3 of the Same Color in a row (including PT Cruisers), each Same Color in the streak after 2 is worth 2 points. Like this: SC1=1, SC2=2, SC3=4, SC4=6...
We have a lot of fun playing this wherever we are driving! I once got 10 Slug Bugs in a row while driving home from Disneyland! That's 18 points!

The Twerps made the puzzle-should not be too hard.
