You are searching for a bottlecap cache hidden in a typical Florida structure.
Welcome to the Ocklawaha Vistor Center and Trailhead. The Welcome Center has a bathroom and lots of information on the Ocala National Forest. The trail that you will be following is a well defined trail but has roots and ruts so it is not very bike friendly. It is part of the Majory Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway and this portion connects the Visitor Center to the Boat Basin. If you chose to walk the trail, it is 1.5 miles in length one way. It is wild Florida, so expect ticks and other bugs. You may see wild life like wild hogs, deer and raccoons. This cache is placed at the trailhead. There is plenty of parking, but the gate closes at 4:30 daily so if you're going to be later than 4:30, park outside of the gates.
