The second cache in the Orono Land Trust Wickett Property. Near an unusual example of forest regeneration. Near the main access trail.
Parking on Poplar Street, Old Town. Initial 200 ft is wet in Spring and after high water events. Also another area of the access trail requires a 150 ft detour during wet weather. Best bet, wear boots. The log is at the coordinates. Other caching items nearby. Take time to observe the natural selection of the forest area.
