While you're parking and riding, why not cache as well? Well, not that you have to park and ride to do this one!
Winchester park and ride south is one of a few in the city. This cache is within the park and ride complex, but be careful if you are driving to get this one as you could be caught out if a traffic warden cones along. Best to cache and dash. You are looking for a micro, tucked away nicely but do be aware this is a highly populated area. Stealth may be required and please place back exactly as you find it to avoid it being muggled. Being a micro, a writing instrument is required. It is fully accessible to all, so you shouldn't have any trouble.
