One of the last WWII battles in SIngapore was fought near this location, with a very brave contingent of soldiers fighting to protect their families and all they stood for. The last battle and the people involved in it are captured vividly in the beautiful, peaceful and dignified Reflections at Bukit Chandu, a museum near the GC. Lots of parking nearby.
Reflections at Bukit Chandu is not that well known in SIngapore, and is not publicised much, yet it is really worth a visit. The Museum and its grounds are open Tuesdays to Sundays from 09:00 to 17:30, the GC is available 24 hours a day.
You do not need to go into Reflections at Bukit Chandu to find the GC, but a visit is recommended nonetheless (Bukit Chandu also connects to a 10km Southern Ridges walk that stretches from Kent Ridge Park to Mount Faber via Hort Park and Henderson Waves - a truly great 2 hour walk/1 hour run.)
The GC itself is at the published coordinates. The cache is a small camouflaged container with a logsheet, a silver Dolphin for the FTF and a pencil borrowed from IKEA, but maybe best to BYOP as I forgot to include a pencil sharpener. Can possibly hold geocoins and with some luck one TB.
Please replace the cache where you (hopefully) found it.
