This (in my view) is one of the most picturesque spots in Merimbula and home to my favourite surfing spots. Park your car, hop out of your car and walk along the "Djirringanj People's walk...

This (in my view) is one of the most picturesque spots in Merimbula and home to my favourite surfing spot - it's not always working, but when it does, its a wonderful long ride. Simply park your car in the car park, perhaps grab a latte at the Bar Beach Kiosk (when they're open - during Winter and late Autumn they may not be - but the coffee's great and so are the people).
When you look out from this spot you'll see the bottom lake and the tide gushes in and out of here - look through the trees and you'll see Merimbula town and a pontoon where you might see people pulling up their boat to clean their catch. Enjoy yours...
