Geocache Description:

These collection of buildings were apartments in the 30's that housed U.S. soliders stationed at Camp Shelby during WWII. Now it lays forgotten in ruin. When I was a child about 25 years ago a very poor family actually lived in one of these condemned buildings & you could see it lit with electricity driving by most nights. . .

This is a short walk. There is an old paved drive grown over that is a great "pull off spot"! This area is fun and a neat area to explore! There are some very interesting bricks!You do not have to enter the building to retrieve this cache but it is inside. Please be careful the structures' roof has fallen in & unstable in places. Still safe enough to enter and explore. Just use caution
