Back in my bike riding days I used to travel along here all the time. To make full use of this route, park at the parking coordinates below (P&D, I’m afraid) and head towards the cache coordinates, either on the RSPB nature reserve footpath orf via Greenhill beach side. Upon finding the cache, use the other coords below to carry on up to Bowleaze and check out cliffside overlooking the bay - very purdy! Then you can turn back and head back across the footpath by the opposite side to which you came... each walk has a completely different feel to it, even though they run parallel to each other and are only 20 metres or so apart. As a lifelong resident of Weymouth, I’ve always thought Greenhill never quite got the credit it deserved, taking a back seat ride rather to The Sands, so take some time to enjoy it during your find. In my childhood days we even owned a beach hut up this way… we were ‘Pebble People‘, not ‘Sandies.’ You’ll be able to go full circle and end up back at the parking coords (and pick up a few other caches along the way if you haven‘t already), where other natural and commercial prettiness awaits. Enjoy the stroll. (Better when the sun is out.) Or you could just ignore all this and C&D it in about 15 minutes. (See alternative parking coords below for the quickest way to do this.)
You are looking for a particularly nasty nano. Yes, I know, these things are brutal to find and everyone loves a huge container and all that, but your fumbling around various things at GZ between head-scratching will be bringing a smile to my face (insert evil laugh here.) Once on the beach side of the road, you do not need to venture into the road to find the container - it can be located from the path. Please be careful with mini-cachers with the traffic.
Happy trails!
