During the day, this is a pleasant walk around Downtown Tustin. There is reasonable lighting here at night...at least in the earlier parts of the evening. This is a 4-Part Multi which will take you around this area. WP1 is easy, WP2 is reasonably easy, WP3 is easy, WP4 can be easy, depending on your luck. Have a paper handy in in case you need to write down anything for this cache.

You can do this any time of the day, but I suggest not doing it during busy times. The scenery is definately better during the DAY, but if there is heavy muggle action near GZ, Please Do Not go for the Final. Come back.
The cache is not at the posted coords, but you must start there!
WP1: At the posted coords, read the plaque. Subtract 94 from the 3-Digit number on the plaque. This number is AAA in the coords below. Subtract 1526 from the 4-Digit number on the plaque. This number is BBB in the coords below. Use the completed coords to get to WP2.
WP2 = N33 44.AAA W117 49.BBB
WP2: Find The coords here to take you to WP3.
WP3: When you arrive to WP3, find the permanant number that always faces EAST. Use that number for both AAA and BBB. Add 363 to the 3-Digit number for AAA. Add 164 to the same 3-Digit number for BBB. These coords will take you to the Final Location.
Final = N33 44.AAA W117 49.BBB
