You are searching for a pill bottle.
One of the things I love about Tuscaloosa/Northport is that there are hundreds of places where you can step a few feet into the woods and completely disappear into "wilderness." Although this area is near the entrance to the Northwood Lake subdivision, it's a quiet spot by a babbling brook that you can easily feel is in the middle of nowhere. To get to this cache, you start on the Northwood walking trail, which is paved, before veering off into the greenery. There is a fairly well-worn trail, that predated this cache, but I strongly advise long pants, as there are many briars and brambles along the way. While the path is relatively flat, there are a couple of spots that could be treacherous in wet conditions, so take care. The difficulty is elevated here due to the high muggle factor in the walking trail area, and the power lines overhead, which may play tricks with your GPS. Happy hunting!
