Geocache Description:



Well! I've certainly had fun seeing the highways and byways of Maryland during CAM 2013. While in the area for one of the CAM 2013 caches a couple of friends and I placed a new cache in a spot that held an oldie but goodie that had been archived. While exploring the cave we noticed that some of the muggles had NOT been practicing CITO guidelines. We decided that it would be good to help out a little bit and leave the area in better shape than we've found it. As such we're going to be hosting a CITO event to clean up the parking area, both sides of the creek and the area in and around the cave itself.

Those who wish to help out with clean-up within the cave itself should be sure to bring any helmets that they may have to protect their heads. Extras would be greatly appreciated. Flashlights, headlamps and heavy duty gloves are also recommended as it WILL be dark and there is some broken glass that will need to be removed.

The Event:
Pretty Boy Extreme CITO Event
Saturday June 1st, 2013
9:30 AM until 11:00 AM

The event will start off with a quick meet and greet followed by the clean-up. Those who wish to, may then spend the afternoon caching the area but no formal caching itinerary is planned.

Suggested items to bring are:

1. Gloves.
2. Boots.
3. Water.
4. Flashlights or headlamps.
5. Helmets.
6. Friends and family.
7. Anything you think might be helpful.

Items I will have at the event:

1. Trash bags.
2. Extra gloves.
3. Water.
