Caching has many rewards. Making new friends is one of them. Do you agree?
When asked why they Geocache, many cachers will say that it is a great way to meet new people and make friends. Because of my travels with the Navy, I have made friends in several states, a territory, and even a foreign country! It is a great two way street, as when coming to a new place, a fellow cacher can help you become familiar with the area more quickly, while at the same time, caching makes a great common bond that can lead to lasting friendships you otherwise would have never had.
This cache has been planted by my dad, 321kaboom, near his home. In exchange, I will be placing one for him where I am. Since he has made some good friends as well while caching in Arizona, I thought it would be a good theme for this cache. I hope you enjoy finding it, and who knows? If I ever find my way out to Arizona again, maybe we can catch up and swap a few stories from the trail. ***Congrats to Keep On Trekking for FTF!!***
