This cache is located near the Canadian flag flying on the mountainside high above Sunningdale. You're looking for an ammo can chained to the base of a tree and covered with rocks; please re-cover well after finding.
There are three flags visible on the mountainside between the Trail Hospital and Sunningdale and there are caches near each of these flags; they are "Hospital Hill", "Another Flagpole"!, and "I'm Too Old For This". This fourth flag is the farthest away and is just barely visible high above Sunningdale. The trail to this cache can be found by following the Bluffs Trail (the Easier Option is easiest) North until it starts to go West towards the bluff before looping back South to it's start; look for a trail that takes off to the North with a little sign indicating it goes to the 2nd and 3rd swamps 5 minutes away. Follow this trail behind two swamps (they are ponds now); this trail is not kept as well as the Bluffs trail but there is plenty of flagging tape to keep you on track. Near the midway point of the second swamp you pass there is a junction; the trail left will take you to the water's edge; the trail to the right goes straight up a steep little section of trail that will take you all the way out to this flag. The trail is flagged all the way so easy to follow. (See the included picture "Trail System to Lontano Bandiera"). This cache is not right at the flag but within 100 meters. There is also a large pile of rocks right behind the flag with a large plastic container full of log books of previous visitors to the flag; this is not the cache. The cache container holds two Travel Bugs, some FTF prizes, and some swag.
