Xira: Another cache falls victim to the derecho.
On our last maintenance visit, Walkslots and I noted that there were some large trees down near WP1. I wondered if that might be have mistaken for derecho damage so I went to take a look today. Well, no, there is lots of derecho damage!
I made it to WP1. In hindsight, I'm sorry I didn't remove it while I was there. What I could see in the distance suggested that I might be able to get to WP2 if I took the long way around. I bailed before doing that because I decided I would like company for that trek.
As I wandered out a different and easier way than I went in, I decided that I "am prepared" to let this one go. I will return, with company, sometime tomorrow to remove all the components.
