This is most easily accessed from Barracks Road south of where the jeep tunnel passes under. You'll find places on the ridge where the chain link fence is gone. Avoid the area where the town keeps their supplies by the pumping station.
A traditional cache with a different twist to make it a little tricky. This is the first hide for Pilgrim and I, so we're anxiously waiting to see how people like it. Please leave it as you found it.
