Park at the "King Shops". You might as well do a little window or actual shopping in the varied and interesting stores while you're there. Then take a stroll NW between the water and the road. There is a nice pathway. Enjoy the sight of the fish and the water falls and look for this little gem.
No need to trample or disturb any of the well-manicured vegetation, so please be courteous to the property owner and tread lightly.
