Summary
Another quick P&G on Harbor with this one sporting a view of a nearby canal filled with birds and all sorts of aquatic life.
Description
On my way back to Ventura after planting a nearby destination cache, I decided to stop here to fill in the area with a few new caches along Harbor.
Parking is available when travelling north on harbor though you still need to take extra care to watch for cars as they speed by here and it is slightly elevated so the line of sight is reduced. I do not recommend parking on the beach side of harbor and attempting the grab.
