Summary

On my way back to Ventura after planting a destination cache in Oxnard Shores, I decided to drop a few new caches along Harbor for your enjoyment.

Description

I have always seen these "welcome to california" signs in what seem to be the most random of locations.  Here, you're not near an airport, border crossing or even really coming from a port (though both directions on Harbor do lead to area harbors).  Anyhow, Welcome to California!?
