Geocache Description:

Where's Goldilocks? (With apologies to Robert Southey)

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Goldilocks.
She went for a walk in the Tararua Forest Park at the end of Mt Holdsworth Rd.
In this forest there were three beech trees – Mama Beech, Papa Beech and Baby Beech.
Goldilocks stopped and slept awhile on the track beside Mama, Papa and Baby Beech at different times.
But the irritable beeches rustled their leaves and growled at poor Goldilocks every time she stopped to sleep.
Beginning to suffer from sleep deprivation, Goldilocks decided to look for a more friendly place to sleep, far away from the nasty beeches.

Having found such a haven, Goldilocks fell into a deep sleep.
Safe from that day on, Goldilocks awoke bright and refreshed every morning and lived happily ever after, blissfully unaware to this day that her new favourite 'shelter' is also the resting place of nearby hidden treasure – a 400ml sistema containing a log sheet.

Please bring your own pen.

The given co-ordinates are for the car park at the end of Mt Holdsworth Rd. The treasure is NOT there. It is at:
S40deg AB.CNY E175deg 2G.HJR, at an altitude of KCFm.
More algebra: N=D-1, Y=F+6 and R=K+3.
Baby Beech (GC4A1JB), Papa Beech (GC4A1KC) and Mama Beech (GC4A1KP) each hold part of the code that TOGETHER will reveal the coordinates of Goldilocks' new 'shelter' in the bush.

The dense bush canopy and the proximity of the hills may affect accuracy of the co-ordinates depending on availability of satellite signals so allow for a larger search circle than usual. To narrow the search area, check the type of tree specified in the hint. It has quite distinctive foliage and is the only juvenile one of its type near GZ.

Be aware in case Goldilocks or any other muggle should appear at short notice, and please re-hide the cache securely out of sight.
