Very very soon,
in a locale NOT very very far away.

A small band of geocachers will gather together
to celebrate yet another global flash mob.

Using a fleet of spacecraft flying overhead, 
their C3PO droid at their side
(ok… how about a GPSR, Android, or an iPhone?)
and using their “Jedi geo-sense”
(Sonny’s words, not mine)
they seek the power of…

“The Force”

… or at least just another smiley
on their list of event caches!

 

OK folks, it’s that time again.
Feel free to come in costume, or not (again, I don’t judge!).  Light saber props are ok as well.
But due to recent events, we should probably leave the “blasters” at home.
Hey, even Obi Wan Kenobi said, “they’re clumsy and not as elegant”, right?
(yes, I paraphrased his line).

Just come out and join us again for 15 minutes of casual fun. We’ll have snacks, door prizes, take a group photo, and call a hotline to tell our west-coast hosts “Hi!”. There are three nearby pavilions we can use in the event of bad weather. Remember to be courteous to whoever else may be using it at the time.

12:00 log-in and call-in
12:05 meal and gather for the group photo

12:15 depart
