This cache should be found after a walk, but during the summer months you could drive and park close by. Either way, use this cache as a starting point to explore the Silverbow Basin and hike Perseverance Trail.
Note: Coordinates may be a little wonky. I will double-check. For now, I have added a hint.
The Silverbow Basin is rich with mining history from Juneau's past. The namesake relic is very nearby. Juneau's mining museum is across the creek.
Cruise ship folks -- this cache is a great incentive to get your feet moving and explore some natural beauty. Not far from the docks and a world away.
