Geocache Description:

A Gnome is a diminutive spirit in Renaissance magic and alchemy. It is typically said to be a small, humanoid creature that lives in the woods or underground.

I've had this little guy for quite some time not knowing exactly how/where to deploy. Recently while on a caching run I came across the perfect setting which happens to include the perfect site to maximize the enjoyment of finding this cache. I know that you will enjoy this one because my wife says so and because it is the cache that I have put the most work into, thus far at least!

I hope that you enjoy meeting this little gnome. He doesn't have a name, so when you visit him here in the woods bordering Kaweah Oaks Preserve, while logging him you have the option of giving him a name of your choosing. Who does he remind you of? Does his clothes remind you of a long-lost relative or friend? Did you ever go on a camping trip in the woods with someone special?

If you choose to name this little guy and want to tell the story about who you are naming him after, later visitors would enjoy hearing your story.
