This is my first hide. I play DiscGolf here often. On the weekend it will cost you $1 per-person to get in the park. During the summer months, bug repelant is recommended.
This is a very nice park with lots to do. There are picnic areas with bbq pits, playgrounds and lots of open space. Feel free to bring your dog...try to keep them leashed around people.
A large portion of this park is dedicated to DiscGolf. Please feel free to stop any of the players and ask them for information on the sport. They are all very friendly and more than willing to explain all to you. Also you can check out www.PDGA.com.
If you have the time please enjoy the boardwalk nature trail. It will take you about 15 minutes to walk the loop.
It is well worth the time....bring some bug spray.
