The cache is located very close to the city centre and from there you can easily reach Old Town.
I placed this cache as a tribute to I. L. Caragiale who is considered one of the greatest Romanian writers, being representative for the local humor. Here you can find a very detailed description of his life and work. Apart from that info I really don't know what something else I might say or add.
There's a statue of I. L. Caragiale and close to GZ you can see the house where he lived between 1901 - 1902. Nowdays there’s a restaurant called Union.
