Amy Lou C: As the cache has gone and I do not have a replacement for it I will have to archive this one.

This is a quick cache and dash placed in a lay-by overlooking a small lake at the town of Cootehall.
This is an ideal spot for a pinic or some fishing.
It is a beautiful scenic location and there are a few lovely spots around to enjoy such as Oakport Lough, Cootehall Bridge & the marinas. There is also an old bawn in the village but this is in private ownership so you will only be able to view it from the public road.
The small rural town is also a great example of how the 'Celtic Tiger' has almost destroyed some of our small towns. Lots of vacant houses and vacant shops and unfinished houses.
