Lake Tokiwa is the reservoir that was built in 1695. There is Tokiwa Park around the lake. The park won the first prize of the comprehensive park division as Japanese landscape that must be conserved for 21 centuries by NHK. Also, it was selected as top 100 of Japanese city parks, top 100 of Japanese prominent cherry blossom viewing spots, and top 500 of the beautiful Japanese footpath. The cache container is a small glass bottle with magnet.
１６９５年地元農民の嘆願によって３年の歳月をかけて造られた人造湖です。常盤湖とも呼ばれています。湖の周辺は公園として整備されてNHKの「21世紀に残したい日本の風景」総合公園の部で1位に選ばれたほか、日本の都市公園100選、日本さくら名所100選、美しい日本の歩きたくなるみち500選にも選ばれており、多くの人の憩いの場所となっています。キャッシュは小さな磁石のついた容器です。
