A nice place to have a short break in the shadow of the rest area. Enjoy the scenic view to the near valley as well as to the far mountain ranges of Mount Kedros and the Psiloritis. Visit the chapel nearby and ... ... log a simple park and grab cache.
Some days ago, coming down the road from Ano Malaki to Agouseliana, a road we never drove on in the past years, we saw this location, 'mobi' screamed 'stopp!', and as I had the same idea I slamed on the brakes. We stopped right in front of the rest area and thought this is an ideal place for another cache.
Unfortunately we were not equiped with a cache box so we came back two days later and placed a small container - here somewhere between Ano Malaki and Agouseliana. We hope you will enjoy the scenic view at the rest area like we did, visit the chapel and the source some meters up the street.
Please be very careful while taking the cache container out of its hiding place and as well when putting it back again.
