Geocache Description:

Nymphs were revered as the spirits of specific natural features. "Nymph" comes from the Greek word meaning "young woman" and were represented as young, beautiful, musical and gentle creatures. Hamadryads in particular were linked with the lives of their chosen trees and its believed they were extremely long lived. They don't like any form of intrusion but there's a 100 percent belief that nymphs will be friendly if another good creature approches them. It is said that the are exceptionally intelligent but very rarely found. WEre you lucky enough to be approched while seeking out this cache? Let us know if you spot them before they disappear into the trees they inhabit.
