The Zettek Overlook property is owned and maintained by the Hopkinton Area Land Trust. It is located just past 54 Greenwood Rd. This small half acre parcel affords a peaceful western view with benches placed for enjoying the sunset. Parking is roadside at the trail entrance. The overlook area is a short walk up the trail steps.
Chuck Zettek was a WWII veteran who lived in Hopkinton for many years until he passed away in 2011 at age 89. An expert in urban planning he served on the Conservation Commission, Planning Board, and helped develop the town's Master Plan for development. He served the town as moderator, re-elected many times. He and his wife Anne were generous supporters of the Hopkinton Area Land Trust.
The cache is a micro hidden just a few feet from the benches. Bring your own pen. No room for trade items. Be discreet, there are many homes and muggles watching you. CITO if you can.
