Geocache Description:

The cache is located near the opening to the footpath leading to the remains of St. Peter in the Rushes Church and the nearby village of East Leake. This site used to house a Saxon church, serving the villages of Costock, East Leake and Rempstone, before dismantling it in the late 1700s. The materials from the church were later used in the construction of All Saints Church in Rempstone.

Car parking can be found in the church car park, as well as the layby opposite the church on Ashby Road.
