Located along the bike path in West Carrolton, OH.  Yup, this guy is moving slowly! 5/3/13- decreased the terrain rating. 5/4/13 - Increasing the difficulty. I didn't intend for this one to be tough, but I guess it is. Coords seem to be decent.
