Hurricane Gilbert was an extremely powerful hurricane which caused widespread destruction throughout the Gulf Coast area and hit Texas as a Category 4 storm. This cache is located off the beaten path along a bike trail. Please return cache to original positioning to prevent loss during flash flooding.
